Return Process

If your order is damaged, take clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging to serve as proof for our quality assurance team.

Email our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
